This is a Seeburg V-200 jukebox.  It was produced in 1955 and plays 200 selections of 45 rpm records.  This one is in off the truck condition so be sure to stay tuned for progress pictures and stories.

Currently the diffuser has been repainted thus illuminating the grill.  The receiver has been rebuilt and it is now selecting correctly.  We have filled it with our favorite songs and we're enjoying it in it's unrestored condition for the time being.  The goal is to eventually have it re-chromed (once we refinance the house to pay for it), hehehehehe.  Lots of chrome on this baby.
